Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for unwanted items. However, if your package arrives damaged or not as described, we would be happy to discuss. Please email us at anitakaurjewellery@gmail.com with a clear description and images of your faulty item/package. We will then get back to you as soon as possible and aim to rectify any issues!

Please email us before returning jewellery so that we are able to review and approve your return or refund request.
